It's still worth avoiding bleach, tumble drying or ironing, as stated in the care instructions, since those can still damage the print or fabric even though detergent itself is fine.
One person can generally assemble it, since the poles simply slot together and the base attaches at ground level, but a flag that tall catches a lot of wind once it's up. It's worth having a second person around when raising the largest size somewhere exposed, just to keep it steady while you're securing the base.
