Foam Board Signs – High-Quality, Versatile & Durable Signage

Our Foam Board Signs come in a range of materials, thicknesses, and sizes to suit your needs.

For a cost-effective yet high-quality foam board, 5mm KAPA®tex and 5mm KAPA®plast are excellent choices. KAPA®plast offers vibrant colours and sharp images, while KAPA®tex provides a textured, canvas-like finish. Both options are lightweight, making them ideal for hanging signs, retail promotions, and display boards.

If you need something more robust, our 10mm Smart-X® boards are the way to go. Being thicker yet lightweight, Smart-X® is perfect for direct digital printing, making it ideal for life-sized cutouts, exhibition displays, and wall-mounted signage. Available in dimensions up to 1500mm x 2800mm, Smart-X® is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, although prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions is not recommended. For long-term outdoor signage, consider our Di-Bond Signs for added durability.

Our foam boards are easy to install and can be drilled into for secure mounting.

Technical Specifications:

To ensure high-quality printing, please follow these specifications:

Add a 3mm bleed on all sides
Supply artwork in full CMYK colour mode
Recommended format: PDF x1a:2001
Embed or outline all fonts
Image resolution: 150 dpi
Maintain a safe zone of at least 5mm from each edge (10mm for best results)
Minimum font size: 18pt
Minimum line weight: 2pt

Custom Shape Boards:

For custom shapes and drilled holes, provide your artwork in the following format:

Drilling path: 100% Yellow spot colour named Cut contour drill, line weight 0.25pt
Cut path: 100% Magenta spot colour named Cut contour, line weight 0.25pt
All paths must be stroke paths with no fill
Drill hole centres should be at least 25mm from the edge and 5mm in diameter

Double-Sided Printing:

For double-sided prints, supply your file in this format:

Page 2: Artwork for back
