Our foil is applied on top of a tactile matt soft-touch laminate, creating a sleek, sophisticated look that catches the light beautifully. Please note that foil is available on one side only.

Important Design Tip: Keep fonts at a minimum of 10pt and line thickness at least 2pt to ensure the foil prints crisply and beautifully.

Artwork Guidelines for Foil Printing:

If your design includes double-sided foil, supply artwork as a 4-page PDF:
- Page 1: Front artwork
- Page 2: Back artwork
- Page 3: Foil artwork for the front (solid black shapes indicate foil areas)
- Page 4: Blank
For single-sided designs, provide a 2-page PDF:
- Page 1: Design
- Page 2: Foil artwork (100% black, no CMYK colours)
Foil application tolerance: ±3mm – avoid small text (min 10pt) and thin lines (min 2pt) for best results
3mm bleed required on all sides
File format: CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/x1a format
Outline or embed fonts before submission
300dpi resolution for crisp, high-quality printing
Vector foil graphics recommended for best results (bitmap images should be at least 300dpi)
Avoid serif fonts as their thinner elements may not meet the 2pt foil requirement
Ensure foil elements are at least 3mm from the trim edge to maintain precision
