Technical Specifications – Preparing Your Artwork for Crest Flags
For the best print quality, follow these specifications when submitting your artwork:
- Resolution: 300dpi
- Scale: Supply artwork at 25% scale (our templates are provided at 25%)
- Colour Profile: CMYK (use True Black: C:100 M:100 Y:100 K:100 to avoid colour shifts)
- Bleed: Include 3mm bleed on all sides
- File Format: CMYK PDF (preferably PDF/x1a)
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before submitting
Make sure to submit two files:
- One with the artwork template visible (for proofing)
- One with just your design (for final printing)
