Technical Specifications for Metallic Foil Flyers
For best results, follow these design guidelines when setting up your artwork:

Include a 3mm bleed on all sides.

Supply artwork as a CMYK PDF (PDF/x1a format preferred).

Outline or embed all fonts to ensure accuracy.

Ensure a 300dpi resolution for high-quality prints.

Foil should be positioned at least 3mm from the trim edge to avoid misalignment.

Vector foil graphics produce better results than bitmap images.

Bitmap foil graphics should be supplied in 300dpi for sharp, clear results.

Minimum font size: 10pt | Minimum line thickness: 2pt.

Avoid serif fonts, as the finer details may not meet the minimum thickness requirements.
Please Note: Foil application has a registration tolerance of ±3mm. For this reason, we do not recommend using very small text or thin lines for foil details, as exact placement cannot be guaranteed.
