Folder Sizing & Artwork Submission
- Folders are slightly oversized to fit A4 or A5 paper with extra room.
- Submit two artwork files:
- Guide File – Shows the artwork template overlaid on your design.
- Print File – Final artwork without the template for proofing and printing.
Spot UV Artwork Guidelines
- Spot UV can be applied to the outer cover only (front or back).
- Submit a separate Spot UV file with 100% black (K) shapes where the UV should be applied.
- Ensure the Spot UV artwork is a vector file (not bitmap) for best results.
- Spot UV registration tolerance is ±0.5mm – avoid small text or thin lines.
Print & Design Requirements
✅ Include 3mm bleed on all sides.
✅ Supply as a CMYK PDF.
✅ Outline or embed fonts.
✅ Use 300dpi resolution for high-quality print.
File Format & Page Requirements
- Single-Sided:
- 2-page PDF – Page 1 (CMYK Print), Page 2 (Spot UV).
- Plus, a second PDF with the template for positioning.

- 4-page PDF – Front CMYK, Back CMYK, Spot UV, Blank.
- Plus, a second PDF with templates for both sides.
